Alexander came over and did a diagnostic for several plumbing issues with my parents fixer upper house. He was very kind, honest, and professional and I appreciated his recommendations to fix those issues. I recommend Alexander especially to anyone looking for quality and honest work done to their property.

Glenn S. fixed an ongoing issue my parents have had with their refrigerator (water line) quickly and efficiently. He was professional and very knowledgeable regarding the problem after other plumbers had not resolved the issue during their visits. This company saved Thanksgiving!! The plumber was determined to fix the problem, they came out at the end of the day and he stayed until it was done.. He went above and beyond.. When I look at the invoice, it says Glenn S.. So I would like to thank him for being so diligent and not giving up.. we had my parents visiting from England, and we would not have been able to have Thanksgiving if it wasn’t for them sending him out.. I have used them once before and have been happy with the service both times..

We were hired by Jim at Jim Dandy Sewer to repair work on an HVAC installation they previously. After completing the the work and got the system back up running. Jeff the manager has ghosted us for over a year and left us in the hole with an UNPAID INVOICE of $1,585.29 and won't respond to calls, text or email. Called into the company multiple times and never received any communication back. At this point our options are leaving this review and taking legal actions as the next step. A complete scam on their part to us that were only trying to help them finish a job THEY MESSED UP TO A HOMEOWNER.

Derik and Alex took care of a clogged sink and shower as well as solving a mysterious problem with my water filter. Although the price was high, they were very professional and I felt satisfied that the job was well done.

I want to share the wonderful experience I have just had with Jim Dandy Sewer and Plumbing! A tenant of ours reported an ongoing leakage coming from their toilet and the shower. Although we had already had a different plumbing firm clear the sewer line a week earlier, Daniel, with Jim Dandy Sewer and Plumbing, arrived promptly after our call. He was extremely professional in his manner and in his service, and was able to successfully free a large blockage from a wye in our line. Much to our relief and to our tenant's! Further service will be needed to resolve an underground issue, and I would not use anyone but Jim Dandy for professionalism, knowledge, and value. My basement flooded when I did the laundry. All the drains were blocked. Derek Crumble (from Jim Dandy Plumbing) came to my very old house and discovered that the drain system had collapsed from old age. He tore up the basement floor from the farthest basement drain to the main drain (which was clear). He installed the much needed new piping, repaved the basement floor, carted out all the old concrete and left my basement neat and clean. Because it was a multi-day project I gave him a key to my house. I was not home when he left, so he locked the door and returned the next day to give the key to me. I have used Jim Dandy Plumbing for several decades and they always sent staff who were as competent and thorough as Mr. Crumble was this time. I just don't think there is a better plumbing company than Jim Dandy in the Seattle Area. Thalia

I've worked with Jim Dandy twice now and have found their "services" to be a waste of money and time, and borderline unprofessional. In my most recent experience, the technician who arrived on-site told me that he couldn't do the repair because he'd need his managers approval since the pipe was located on our 2nd floor roof deck. (I noted the location of the pipe/repair in the intake form *before* the appointment, so this was an egregious oversight by Jim Dandy.) He canvassed the building for an hour after I repeatedly asked him to please call his manager to see if he was approved to do the repair or not. Exactly one hour after he arrived on-site, he confirmed that he wasn’t approved to do the repair, charged me $500 for "one hour of work", and left without ever seeing, touching, or repairing the pipe in question. Only offering 1 star because their front office is easy to get ahold of.
